National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad is globally acclaimed as one of the largest educational and research institution for Communication Design, Industrial Design, Apparel, IT integrated design & Inter-disciplinary Design, Textile & Accessory Design, Studies at both under graduate and Post Graduate level. Eligible and interested candidates can apply through offline mode on or before due (after the release of official notification). NID has 3 campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Gandhinagar.
CANDIDATES HAVE TO SATISFY THE BELOW CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO APPEAR IN NID ENTRANCE EXAM
Applicants must have qualified or must be pursuing for Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent like IB/ AISSCE/ISC qualifying examinations.
Candidates having Post-Graduate Diploma Program in Design (PGDPD) or Bachelor’s Degree or correspondent can apply for this exam.
REQUIRED AGE LIMIT
Candidate’s age should not be exceeded than 20 years for Graduation and 30 years for Post Graduation course. Age relaxation will be valid 3 years for reserved category (SC/ST) applicants.

Now Download application form and take a Hard Copy of It.
Fill the application form with all the required details carefully entirely.
Paste your recent passport sized photograph and signature at the end of the application form.
Attach the attested copies of necessary documents with the application form.
General category candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs.1500/- and Rs.750/- for reserved category via Demand Draft (DD) in favor of National Institute of Design (NID) payable at Ahmedabad.
Attach the Demand Draft with the Application Form and send them to the following address.
The selection of applicants is truly based on the rank or score in written test and PI (personal interview). Students required qualify the selection criteria to get admission under desired programmes.
