Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges has made available COMEDK UGET mock test (1) in online mode on February 3. Candidates can take up the mock test of COMEDK UGET to practise and know the type of questions that can appear. The application form of COMEDK UGET was released on January 16. Candidates can fill the application form till April 19, . COMEDK UGET will be held in online mode will be conducted on May 13, . COMEDK UGET provides admission to all eligible candidates in the participating engineering institutes located in Karnataka. The examination of COMEDK UGET acts as an alternative for engineering admissions in Karnataka after the state examination. It is essential that all candidates should satisfy the required eligibility criteria of COMEDK UGET . The examination of COMEDK UGET will be a computer-based test. A merit list will be prepared based on scores secured by the candidates in the COMEDK UGETentrance examination. Allotment of seats will be done based on the merit of the candidate as well as his/ her preferred choices of college and course. 160 engineering colleges are currently affiliated to COMEDK UGET . Through the entrance examination of COMEDK UGET, the eligible candidates will be able to get admission into over 20,000 open engineering seats offered by the participating institutes. In 2017, as many as 72,152 students had applied for the test.

It is necessary for all candidates to meet the required eligibility criteria of COMEDK UGET . COMEDK UGET 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.E/B.Tech Course
- The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board or University by state or central government.
- Should have studied Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and any one of the optional subjects – Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology or any other technical vocational courses.
- In 10+2 (or equivalent) examination, the General category candidates should have scored 45% marks while SC/ST/OBC category candidates should have secured 40% in PCM. All candidates should have also passed in each subject separately.
COMEDK UGET 2020 Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch Course
- The candidates should have studied 10+2 (or equivalent) exam from a recognized University or board.
- Should have passed the examination with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects.
- Those candidates who have qualified 10+3 diploma recognized by the state or central government will also be eligible.
- 50% marks should have been secured by General category candidates while SC/ST/OBC candidates should have scored 45% marks in 10+2 (or equivalent) exam.
- The candidates are required to have scored minimum 80 marks in NATA.
- A separate application form has to be filled for B.Arch registration.
COMEDK UGET Application Form 2020
The application form of COMEDK UGET is now available in online mode from January 16, for all eligible candidates. Aspirants who wish to take COMEDK UGET for admission to B.Tech programmes have to fill and submit the online application form till April 19. In case of B.Arch courses, applicants have to fill a separate application form which will be available at time of counseling. Unregistered candidates will not be allowed to participate in the entrance examination. The listed steps will have to be followed to fill the application form of COMEDK UGET.
Step 1 – Registration: Details like the name of the candidate, his/her date of birth, email ID and more will have to be provided for registration. The generated registration number has to be saved for future use.
Step 2 – Filling the Application Form: The candidates will have to fill their personal, academic and contact information. All details entered must be valid.
Step 3 – Uploading of Documents and Payment of Fees: Next, the candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature as per the required specifications. COMEDK UGET application fee will also have to be paid by the candidates through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) mode.

Step 4 – Selection of Test Centres: During the process of registration, the candidates will have to select their preferred test centre for the entrance examination of COMEDK UGET .
Step 5 – Submission of Application Form: Finally, the filled application form has to be submitted. A print out of the application form has to be taken and attested by the principal of the school/college last attended along with the official seal.
COMEDK UGET Exam Centres 2020
During the registration process, the candidates have to select 3 exam centres of COMEDK UGET from the provided list. COMEDK UGET will be held across multiple test centres in 140 exam cities. COMEDK UGET examination was conducted only in Karnataka till 2015. However, from the year 2016, the examination is being held in different states of India. While filling the application form, the candidates will have to make sure that they submit their preferred choices.

COMEDK UGET Mock Test 2020
The mock test of COMEDK UGET has been made available for all candidates from February 3, onwards. Through the available COMEDK UGET mock test, the candidates will be able to know the examination pattern. The overall feel of the real examination, along with the type of questions asked and section wise breakage can be known by attempting the mock test. The total time of the mock test will be 15 minutes. Unregistered candidates will also be able to use the mock test.
COMEDK UGET Admit Card 2020
The admission authorities will release the admit card of COMEDK UGET on May 4. All registered candidates will have to download the COMEDK UGET admit card by submitting their User ID and password. The admit card is a very important document that all candidates will have to carry to the examination centre. In case the candidates fail to produce the admit card, then he/she will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Various information such as the test admission ticket number, test centre details, timings and more will be available in the admit card of COMEDK UGET .
COMEDK UGET Answer Key 2020
The candidates will be able to access the answer key of COMEDK UGET on May 17. Using the released COMEDK UGET answer key, the candidates will be able to calculate their probable scores by comparing their responses to the correct answers. Objections against the released answer key will also be welcomed by the authorities of COMEDK UGET. After reviewing all of the objections, the final answer key of COMEDK UGET will be published on May 25.
COMEDK UGET Cutoff 2020
COMEDK UGET cutoff will be determined and prepared by the concerned authorities of the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. The COMEDK UGET cutoff will consist of the opening and closing ranks which the candidates will have to obtain to be successfully allotted seats in the participating institutes. The cutoff acts as a screening process for admissions. The candidates should note that the cutoff of COMEDK UGET 2018 will be different for each institute and course.
COMEDK UGET Result 2020
The admission authorities will be publishing the result of COMEDK UGET on May 28. The candidates will be able to check their secured scores through the announced COMEDK UGET result. To be eligible for admissions, the candidates will have to secure the required pass marks. The scorecard will be generated only for those candidates who successfully qualify for the counselling session.

COMEDK UGET 2020 Counselling
COMEDK UGET counselling process will be conducted in offline mode and consists of steps like registration, choice filling, allotment of seats, fee payment and document verification. All candidates who have qualified the examination will have to register themselves online for the counselling session. After successfull registration, the candidates will have to select and fill in their preferred courses and institutes for admissions. Mock allotment will be held by the admission committee to let the candidates know which seats will probably be allotted to them as per their current selected options. Changing and modification of options will be allowed after the mock allotment. The final seat allotment will be done based on the merit and preference of the candidates. Selected candidates will have to pay the fees online after which the verification entry card will be generated. The verification entry card has to be produced during the document verification process which will be held at the counselling venue. Admissions will be confirmed after the verification of documents.
