A brief on JNU CEE M.Tech 2020

JNUThe application form of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 was released on September for admission to 5 M.Tech programmes offered by the university. To fill the application form of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020, the candidate had to get registered on the application portal using a valid email id and other details. Upon registration, the candidate had to log in and enter all required fields, pay the applicable application fee and upload scanned copies of signature and photograph to complete the process. Before filling the form, the candidate had to check the eligibility criteria properly, as they differ according to the course of study.  JNU had released the JNU CEE M.Tech Admit card on December, 2020. CEEB candidates can also use the same application form to apply to M.Tech Biotechnology programmes offered by five participating institutes. The application form had to be filled in online mode only by October. JNU CEE M.Tech Result 2020

The result of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 has been announced in online mode on February. To check the JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 result, the candidate will have to log in to the result portal using their Registration or Application Number. The JNU CEE M.Tech result 2020 will contain information like the marks obtained by the candidate, roll number and name. Based on the result of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020, candidates will be shortlisted for interview/admission.

JNU CEE M.Tech Cutoff 2020

The cutoff of JNU CEE 2020 would be available for all five M.Tech disciplines offered by the university. The JNU CEE 2020 cutoff would be available course-wise and category-wise. The JNU CEE cutoff is the minimum marks candidates need to score to get admission to a specific course. Candidates who score below the cutoff won’t be considered for admission. To determine the cutoff of JNU CEE a number of factors like number of candidates applying for admission, seats available and category of the candidate are taken into consideration. JNU CEE M.Tech Counselling 2020

Counselling of JNU M.Tech 2020 will be conducted for candidates as per the merit list. Candidates who are ranked higher in the merit list will be given preference during JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 counselling. In case of programmes offered by JNU, the university will internally conduct JNU CEE M.Tech counselling 2020. However, for admission to M.Tech Biotechnology programmes, the participating institutes will have their individual counselling rules and regulations.

JNU CEE Reservation Criteria 2020

A certain proportion of seats available in the various M.Tech programmes offered by various departments will be reserved as per JNU CEE reservation criteria 2020. In case of CEEB as well, the participating institutes will reserve seats for different categories. The various categories included in JNU CEE (CEEB) 2020 reservation criteria are OBC, SC, ST and PwD categories.

Relaxation for admission to M.Tech programme: SC, ST and PwD candidates are eligible to appear in the entrance examination irrespective of their percentage of marks. OBC -NCL candidates are eligible for 10% relaxation in qualifying marks.

JNU CEE M.Tech Admit Card 2020

The admit card of JNU CEE and JNU CEEB was available from December, 2019. To download the JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 admit card, candidates had to log in by entering their application number and password. Before downloading the JNU CEE M.Tech admit card 2019, the candidate had to ensure that the details listed on it were correct; in case of discrepancy or if the information is not clearly visible, it must be brought to the notice of admission officials. The JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 admit card include details like the roll number of the candidate, exam center details, and signature and photo. On the day of the exam, the candidate had to carry a recent passport size photograph with the admit card of JEE CEE M.Tech 2020. JNU CEE M.Tech Exam Pattern 2020

The exam pattern of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 were designed to give the candidate information regarding the types of question asked, total number of questions, marking scheme and test duration. Being familiar with JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 exam pattern is helpful to prepare for the exam accordingly. For instance, the can candidate will not waste time preparing or essay type questions as only objective type questions will be asked.

JNU CEE M.Tech Merit List 2020

Candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks in JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 will be called for viva-voice. Following viva-voice, a merit list of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 will be prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam and also deprivation points awarded (if any). A maximum of 12 deprivation points will be awarded to eligible candidates. The JNU CEE (CEEB) merit list 2020 will be prepared category-wise and department-wise. Alsom participating institutes of JNU CEEB will individually publish their merit lists.

The eligibility criteria of JNU CEE M.Tech 2020 are a list of terms and conditions that candidates will have to meet inorder to be able to sit in the entrance examination. JNU CEEB 2020 Eligibility criteria for Biotechnology Porgramme

Candidates appearing in CEEB have to meet a different set of eligibility criteria from those for JNU CEE M.Tech 2020. The JNU CEEB 2020 eligibility criteria include parameters like qualifying exam passed and minimum marks. Also the participating institutes of JNU CEEB 2020 will also have a few additional eligibility criteria of their own.

The steps to fill the application form of JNU M.Tech 2020 is as follows:

Stage 1: Registration –  Candidate has to get registered on the registration portal by entering their Name,  Email ID, Mobile Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, etc.

Stage 2: Log-in to Application Portal – The candidate has to log-in to the application portal using Password and Application Number

Stage 3: Fill the Application Form – The cadidate has to next fill the JNU CEE M.Tech Application Form by entering personal, address and qualification details.
Stage 4: Upload Photograph and signature – In this stage, the candidate will have to upload photograph and signature in the prescribed format and then click on “Go to Application Status Page”.
