MUOET PGThe MU OET PG Medical 2020will be held in the month of April 2020, in the first or second week. The application process for the exam shall begin in October. The Manipal University organises this exam every year for admissions in the post-graduate programmes of Medical sciences. MU OET PG Medical 2020 – Eligibility Criteria

The exam can be taken by only those candidates who are eligible as per the criteria of the University. All the rules laid down by the authorities must be essentially followed by the candidates. Candidates must ensure eligibility before applying for the exam of MU OET PG Medical . Otherwise, the fee will not be refunded in any case. The MU OET eligibility criteria are as given below.

The candidate must be an Indian National or NRI or OCI. The NRI and OCI candidates need to submit proper documents at the time of admissions. The University has fixed NO minimum age for participating in the MU OET PG Medical Exam. Candidate must have passed the graduation degree course of MBBS or BDS from a recognized Medical or Dental College. It is essential for the candidate to have scored a total of 50% marks in the online entrance exam. It is compulsory for the candidates to complete their rotary internship before April (Last Week). The permanent registration with the MCI or DCI or State Medical Council is also OBLIGATORY to be eligible for MU OET PG Medical Exam 2020.

MU OET PG Medical 2020 – Application Form

The application form submitting of MU OET PG Medical 2020 shall be available in the month of September 2016. All the candidates who are interested in applying for this exam must fill the application form before the last date. Candidates can apply using any of the modes i.e. online and offline. Both of the modes have been explained below.

Online Mode

First of all, to apply online, the candidate must visit and open the university official portal. Candidates must then look for a link named “Apply Online” for Postgraduate programmes and click on it. On the opened page, candidates shall then be required to select the exam name i.e. MU OET PG Medical 2020 here.

In the next step, an application form shall load on the screen asking the candidates to enter the following details:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Address
  • Contact number
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Educational qualifications
  • Email address

Candidates should enter the information mentioned above attentively and verify it in each step to ensure correctness. After completely filling and rechecking the form of MU OET PG Medical 2020exam, candidates must submit the form by clicking on the Submit button. Offline Mode Form Submission

Candidates must log in to the official portal of MU. The candidates can download the form from there for the exam of MU OET PG Medical. Next step is to take its print out. Test Slot Booking

The candidates have to book the slots for the MU OET PG Medical via the online system of the University. This is called as the OTBS or the Online Test Booking System. As soon as the application submission is done, the link for booking the test slot will be made available to the candidate. Using this link, they have to choose the exam date, time, and centre. This system will also ask the candidates for the counselling venue they want to choose.

If someone fails to book the slot for MU OET PG Medical he/she will be allotted a slot automatically. This may or may not be as per the convenience of the candidate. The slot booking is to be completed in 24th March 10th April .

MU OET PG Medical 2020 – Exam Pattern

An exam pattern basically represents the whole format of the exam paper such as the type of questions, number of questions, marks allotted to the paper, marking scheme etc. For the candidates who wish to take this exam can use the exam pattern of the MU OET PG Medical to study effectively for the exam.

The Manipal University entrance exam will be conducted in the online mode only. The questions asked will be of multiple choice type. For every correct answer given by the candidate 1 mark will be awarded. As per the rules laid down for MU OET PG Medical exam, there is no negative marking enforced in this paper. There will be 200 questions in the exam which will carry 200 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2.30 hours.

MU OET PG Medical 2020 Result

After the exam has been conducted, the candidates will have to wait for the declaration of the exam results. The result declaration will be done online. As soon as the exam result has been declared, the appropriate links will be hosted on this page. MU OET PG Medical 2020 – Counselling
